Universal Community Homes is a not for profit "Community Development Corporation" formed by one of Philadelphia's greatest talents, Mr. Kenneth Gamble, world renown music writer, composer, producer and CEO of Philadelphia International Records.  Since 1985, Mr. Gamble has been revitalizing privately the area around 18th & Christian Street, his old neighborhood.  The Community responded, the revalidation effort continued to grow, and the need for a full-time dedicated staff became apparent.
